What you MUST have

Brake Control

• All tow vehicles MUST be equipped with electric brake controller.  You can purchase a controller at an auto supply store, U-Haul, or RV supply store.

Wiring

• Tow vehilces must be fitted with a 7 Way wiring plug.  You can have this done at U-haul or your vehicle service technician.
• We will check all signal lights before departure to make sure your vehicle is wired properly and all fuses are functioning.  
• We do not make repairs to your vehicle's electrical system.

Hitch

• All of our trailers accept a 2 5/16" ball.  Our trailers come equipped with load distribution hitches but we will not install them in your vehicle.

Vehicle Rating

• Most of our trailers are light weight, half ton pullable. However, oaded weight (GVWR) is consderably greater than dry weight.  Each trailer's details specifically list weight requirements and ratings.
